♡✧ 𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿!!!✧♡General Agreements:- NO ONE on my BLACKLIST is allowed to have ANY of my designs!! If I find you’ve purposely traded one to any of them, you will be added to that list.- Payment via Cashapp/PayPal/KoFi, 100% upfront unless talked about.- I have the complete right to deny any commission, offer, or business as a whole if I feel the need to.About Commissions:- Additional objects/furniture may increase the base price by between $5-$20- If you want any additional character in the art it is +50% of the base price- NSFW is +65% of the base price and you MUST BE 18+ TO ORDER- DO NOT use my art for: AI, spreading hate, or commercial/profitable use. (Unless talked about and paid for.)- I DO NOT DO REFUNDS AFTER THE SKETCH!! (unless something comes up on my side that has me unable to complete it, but refunds can and will take time to pay back.)- I don’t do time limits! I can get things done within a day or a few months depending on the time I have; I cannot guarantee it will be done within a time limit!!- I will send progress pictures of each stage upon the request of the buyer. (sketch, lineart, colors, and shading.)- Once the piece is finished, if I am asked to alter something, depending on how major the change is, there may be a fee along with that edit. (Though not always.)- DO NOT EVER remove any signature, signs of credit towards me, or watermarks of mine from the drawing.- Feel free to ask me every now and then for updates on your commission!! Just please do not rush me as I am taking my time on them and making sure I am okay before working/starting on them due to having other work, college projects to complete, or just life, in general, I am dealing with. This is just so I do not become overwhelmed/stressed out, which will make it take longer than it should.About Designs/Adopts:- The Owner may make minor edits to the design (like hair, gender, name, backstories, scars, tattoos, small markings, etc.) without asking/telling me. The owner must not make the design unrecognizable.- If you have my design on auth only please auth me so I can keep track of them, so as to not have them get lost and lessen the chance of anything happening to them.- If you want to give away/trade/sell away my design, please let me know in advance before doing so, and I may be able to take it off your hands for you- If you, the owner, got the design for FREE you cannot sell them. (UNLESS additional drawings are added.)- The Owner may regift the design. (Please let me know first if possible.)- The Owner may re-trade the design. (The owner can exchange the design/adopt only after 1 month minimum.) (Again please let me know first!)- The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought. (The owner can only sell the design after 1 month minimum.) (Please let me know, I cannot stress this enough.)- The owner cannot resell the design for a higher price than purchased unless additional art has been added. (Trades, commissions, personal art; not free art/requests though.)- Free/Gifted art (Art received in which the owner did not give anything in exchange.) does not count as additional value.- The Owner may use the design for personal/non-commercial use.- The Owner may use the design for commercial use only if discussed with me, the designer beforehand.- The Owner may not claim the original design as their own.- The Owner may not claim the original artwork as their own.- The Owner may not make both major and minor edits to the original artwork without asking me. If uploading the original artwork off-site, credit to me, the designer.- The Owner is NOT the "creator" of said character, even if changes are being made to the design.- I, the Designer acknowledge that once the owner owns a design, the design/character no longer belongs to me.- The Owner cannot make a raffle with the design.- DO NOT EVER give away, sell, or trade my designs to someone who is on my blacklist list.- DO NOT remove me from the favorites of my designs. I like to have follow-ups of the designs that I have done to see how they're doing.- After the design is handed over for adoption, NO refund can be made.- DO NOT delete your auction or cancel it without talking to me first. Only bid what you have unless you ask for a hold!!- You CAN NOT sell, trade, or give away an adopt you won for FREE (fcfs) right after you win them!! (You have to wait a minimum of 1 week before selling/trading/putting them back up for offer.)- When you offer art, you have 2 full months to do the drawings, after those 2 months, I will send you a check-in/warning message, and if you don't respond after 48 hours the offer will automatically be canceled. (Having that be said, I will check in periodically before the 2 month mark as well.)- If you have any questions about a design/adopt, feel free to DM me and ask your question(s)!Commercial Rights?:Commercial rights will be discussed on a client-to-client basis. This means the price may vary depending on what was received.
